Children’s Ministry

We have lots of children's programs at Fairmont Community Church! From Sunday mornings to Sunday evenings, there are lots of fun ways your child can become involved.

We also have events throughout the year that are kid-focused - our Vacation Bible School in August, Fall Harvest Fest in October, Children's Day Program in June, and more!

ROCK-U Children’s choir

Open for all children ages 4 years to 5th grade. Kids learn fun songs that teach them about Bible stories, God's love for them and God's message of love for all. The children also participate in a musical production in June for our Children's Day program that involves acting, singing and dancing! Practices are held Sunday nights from 6:00pm - 6:30pm from September to May. They sing for our church service on the 3rd Sunday of the month.

Rising stars

Open to all children ages 4 years to 5th grade! Our “Rising Stars” meet on Sunday nights after Rock U Kids Choir, from 6:30pm-7:30pm. This is a fun hour of being together with other children, learning about God and how much HE LOVES THEM! Kids will have a Bible lesson, craft, game and snack! Rising Stars Kids Club runs for 3 months in the fall and 3 months in the spring.

kids own worship

Sunday mornings at Fairmont feature a special worship service for children called "KidsOwn Worship". During this time, children sing songs and have a wonderful time praising God in a way that is meaningful to them. If you've ever said to yourself, "I don't want to have to force my children to go to church," then KidsOwn Worship may be a great fit for you and your family. KidsOwn Worship is open for children ages 4 through 5th grade. We have nursery care available during all our worship services for children under 4-years-old.
